The First Responders Program is an exciting new program to allow both buyer and sellers to maximize their homes equity during the sales phase and buying power during the purchasing phase. I am offering “Zero Selling Commissions” for the selling phase of your home. In hopes that you are pleased with my services and use me during the purchasing phase of your new home.

How does “zero selling commissions” work?

Basically, I will charge a 1% selling fee to list, advertise, and sell your home. During the purchasing phase of your new home, if you chose to continue using myself as your Broker, I will reimburse the 1% to you at close of escrow of your new home. This will net you “Zero” cost of a selling broker for the sale of your home. Keep in mind their is still a 3% co-broke fee to the buyers agent (without this fee no agent would want to show your home.)

Additional discount programs available for those who are wishing to just buy or sell.

Here is an example with a $300,000 purchase price.

Total Seller Savings: $9,000
